We expect Stoírm Athletes to:
Respect the position, decisions, and the requests of the coach, including, for example, requests regarding curfews.

Adhere to and willingly follow the rules imposed by the coach and the Stoírm Volleyball Club.
To always give the very best possible effort in practice and at competitions. Cell phones and electronic devices are not to be used during games and practices.
To be faithful in attending practice and competitions.
Cooperate fully with the coach and teammates in striving to achieve the team’s goals.
Maintain acceptable behaviour during practices and competitions.
Be modest in victory and gracious in defeat.

The Stoírm Volleyball Club does not guarantee 100% equal playing time on any team or at any event, which is in keeping with other clubs in the province. It is the club philosophy that our coaches are the best qualified and equipped to make playing time decisions. Some of the criteria coaches may use to decide playing time are as follows:
Failure of the coach or athlete to abide by the above noted rules and guidelines may result in that coach or athlete no longer being welcome with the Stoírm Volleyball Club.
