Antigonish Baseball Association

Antigonish Baseball Association seeks to grow baseball (hardball) in Antigonish. Our association has a developmental focus, offering "recreation" and "introduction to competition" programs. We believe in the multisport ethic, long-term athletic development, and providing positive and fun filled opportunities for players, parents, volunteers, coaches and officials. Antigonish Baseball is proud to be an inclusive organization for people of all abilities and backgrounds.


Antigonish Celtics Soccer Club

Offering positive recreational soccer experiences and a Competitive program catering to players interested in further developing skills in a competitive environment.

Antigonish Challenger Baseball

Antigonish Challenger Baseball is an adaptive program that provides an opportunity for children and youth with cognitive and/or physical disabilities to enjoy the full benefits of participating in organized baseball at a level structured to their abilities.


Antigonish Golf Club

The Antigonish Golf Club seeks to provide positive golf opportunities for athlete of all ages.


Antigonish Minor Softball

Antigonish Minor Softball Association is a non-profit organization which aims to provide both male & female softball players with a positive softball experience.


Antigonish Multisport

Antigonish multisport is a collaborative project for children in grades primary and one, between 10 community sport organizations, two municipal recreation departments, with the support of numerous community sport stakeholders (local, provincial and national). Growing children through sport by providing opportunities to develop skills and confidence to enjoy the positive benefits of a quality, first experience.


Antigonish Rowing Club

Antigonish Rowing Club provides Learn to Row, Recreational, and Competitive Rowing for Youth (12+) on Lochaber Lake. Coaches are experienced and will ensure the athletes’ safety and well-being – and make sure they have fun!


StFX Track and Field Club

The StFX Track and Field Club programming has wrapped up for the season. Thanks to those that have participated, we had a blast! Enjoy your school cross country season and we will see you next season. Stay safe and have fun!

Antigonish Badminton Club

Committed to promoting and engaging the Antigonish Community to be physically and socially active through the sport of Badminton. 


Antigonish Boat Club

The Antigonish Boat Club is a volunteer led, membership supported community boat club focused on sailing, small craft and paddle exploration of the Antigonish Harbour and upper estuary.


Antigonish Minor Basketball

Basketball skill development for the youth in Antigonish County. With a mix of fundamentals and game-like play our coaches will help to improve the game for every child participating. No matter what skill level, we treat each child with respect and encourage them in developing their skills. Not only will we lay the foundation for the game of basketball, but hopefully teach them some life skills along the way… work ethic, good sportsmanship, team play, etc. We are excited to work with your child and see them reach new levels as a player and a person.


Antigonish Minor Hockey

Antigonish Minor Hockey Association (AMHA) is a non-profit organization focused on fostering fun and inclusive player development as well as a life-long love of hockey amongst the youth of northeastern Nova Scotia. Our community’s strong hockey tradition has long been based on a commitment to good sportsmanship, fair play and diverse program development. We aim to increase hockey participation by girls and boys of all ability levels in our local community while enriching the recreational and competitive experience of players, families, coaches and fans from U4 to U18 levels. AMHA delivers quality weekly skill sessions, practices, and games for players of all ability levels while supporting opportunities to grow the game equitably through different levels of representative hockey, house league, Learn to Play, female, para hockey, multi-sport programming and a commitment to ongoing coach development.

Port Hawkesbury/Antigonish Swim Team (PHAST)

PHAST is affiliated with Swim Nova Scotia, and is structured in accordance with Swim Nova Scotia guidelines and bylaws. PHAST is a competitive swim club whose members train and compete at a variety of levels as determined by Swim Nova Scotia time standards.


StFX Sports Camps

Spring and Summer Sports Camps for a variety of sports, offered by StFX Athletics and Recreation.


Stoirm Volleyball Club

The Club provides a quality volleyball experience for local athletes at all skill levels. We strive to ensure that its skilled players are challenged and receive opportunities to play in significant provincial and national events. We provide Learn to Play programming for U12, and teams for ages U14-U18 boys and girls. We provide fitness sessions as well and practices weekly throughout the season of Dec - April.


Xavier Taekwondo Club

A sport Taekwondo club that has been operating since 2015 offering classes for children and adults, from 4-70 years of age. Recreational programs offered for those looking to getting shape or learn a martial art. Competitive programs for those looking to compete at local or national levels. All coaches in the program are certified through the National Coaching Certificate Program of Canada.
