Based on Volleyball age Categories, generally the age groups are as follows: 
15U: Athletes born between September 1, 2008 and Dec 31, 2009 (16 months)

The focus of the 15U Program is to continue to develop and refine skills that can be used with increased consistency when the athlete is under pressure, conditions change, or demands increase. Team systems and position specialization is further discussed and developed, with individual and position specific training is provided. (LTAD, Volleyball Canada)
