Yes! Our wonderful summer students, Luc Gallant and Siona Chisholm have put together virtual training plans and training logs. If you are new to running, you can find a training program HERE. Luc and Siona will also be facilitating virtual strength and core sessions via Zoom on Sundays starting June 13th. The links for the zoom sessions will be sent out the day before via the club e-mail address, firstname.lastname@example.org.
