This registration is open to girls born 2011, 2012, 2013 or 2014.  There are recreational and competitive team programs. 

During the recreational program, athletes will get to develop basic fundamental basketball skills through drills and scrimmages, in AMBA's Saturday Skills program. Its consists of 12 sessions October 19, 2024-February 8, 2025. Practice times will take place Saturday mornings, 10:50-12:00pm in the STFX  gymnasium. Fee is $140.

Girls registered for this prgram will have the opportunity to try out for the Junior X-Women teamm if they are interested in competitive play. The team will practice approximately 2 times per week and try outs will be held in early October. This involves travel and there is an additional fee for players selected to the team.
